Jello Poke Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 box raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 carton cool whip
Bake cake as directed. Cool completely.
Poke holes in cake.
Dissolve jello in boiling water then stir in cold water.
Pour over cake.
Top with cool whip. Chill.

Shepherd's Pie
1 pound ground beef
1 diced onion
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon marjoram
salt and pepper
3 cups mashed potatoes
Brown beef and onions. Drain well.
Stir in vegetables, soup, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Cook until tender.
Place in baking dish.
Spoon potatoes over the top.
Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes.

1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag chocolate chips
Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and oil.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 for 16-20 minutes.

1 package softened cream cheese
2 minced green onions
1 teaspoon accent seasoning
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 jar dried beef
Rinse beef with warm water and drain well.
Mix cream cheese, onions, accent, worcestershire, and 1/2 of beef pieces.
Form into a ball.
Roll in remaining beef pieces.
Chill for an hour.

Spread in greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Put liner in slow cooker.
Mix soup and soup mix.
Layer chicken and soup mixture in slow cooker.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

Add sour cream during last hour of cooking.

Prepare brownie mix as directed.
Pour into greased 9 inch springform pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Pour over brownies.
Spoon chocolate on top.
Swirl with knife.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

1 package brown gravy mix
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup water
Put liner in slow cooker.
Add frozen meatballs.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over and stir.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

Season chops with garlic powder and salt.

Brush crust with lightly beaten egg white.
Bake crust at 350 for 5 minutes.
Mix butter, sugar, flour and baking powder.
Add egg and vanilla.
Stir in 3/4 cup pecans.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with remaining pecans.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Garnish with cool whip.

1 can pineapple slices
1 1/2 cups diced cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 beaten eggs
Drain pineapple, save syrup.
Heat sugar, flour, eggs and syrup until thickened.
Allow to cool completely.
Cut rings into bite size pieces.
Stir pineapple, cheese and marshmallows in cooled mixture.
Chill for 2 hours.
